Summary:
The Facilities Manager will direct and manage all facility operations for Sigue. Oversee facility infrastructure, building systems and services, safety and security programs, warehouse, building maintenance and modifications, building operation policies and procedures, handle facility planning, and manage a staff.

Responsibilities:
Manage building modifications
Facilities space planning. Meet with clients and create plans to resolve conflicts
Facilities Maintenance
Development of policies and procedures
Management of Warehouse Operations

Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish
Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws
Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques
Budget preparation and/or fiscal management
Experience supervising and training staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
Experience in maintenance trades
5-10 years' experience managing a facility
Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
