Job Description:
Take Care Health Systems, the leading provider of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Franklin, TN corporate office. This position is a vital member of the Operations Team.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for facilities and building management and has responsibility for vendor relationships and activities associated with repairs, programming changes and installation of equipment to meet company needs. The Facilities Manager will assist in facility related policy development and implementation, and manages arrangements for lease negotiation agreements, construction and maintenance/housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include supervision of front desk and reception, office space planning/relocation. The Facilities Manager ensures all activities within the 50Ksft building are managed in a timely and efficient manner. Assesses office processes and advises management on cost.

Essential Job Functions:
Manages all facility and building related functions including all goods and services required to meet the maintenance needs of the facility Maintains and update all floor plans, office/cubicle moves and IT equipment coordination Floor layout of entire facility with updated names/depts for ease of control for movements Ensures all facility maintenance is up to date along with security/emergency management. Manages mailroom maintaining established shipping/receiving procedures . Handles all maintenance and repair requests. Implements office/facility policies Coordinates emergency preparedness plans and security of facility Handles after-hours facility-related calls. Coordinates permit needs with City/County officials as needed Handle off-site storage facility; inventory, assisting with coordinating pick up or drop off of items to be stored. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, creating and modifying documents. Orders & manages inventory of supplies; general office, new hire set up, toner cartridges. Handles closing of sites record storage / achieve files. Light facility maintenance; hanging whiteboards, pictures, change light bulbs, etc. as necessary. Handle all copier/printer/scanner maintenance and repair issues, maintains toner and cartridge supplies. Send monthly report of order to Office Manager. Service call to technicians as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent specific experience required
  • Proven ability to effectively and professionally interact with clients and vendors
  • Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Proven ability to demonstrate problem solving skills and strong business acumen
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 7.0 products, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required (skills test will be administered); technologically savvy and strong proficiency with all types of internet technologies
