The Facilities Program Manager position will be responsible for management of all Facilities Site Programs. This individual will possess the skills to manage a fast paced work environment as well as manage multiple vendors that supply services under the Facilities Program Managers scope. Essential/Primary Duties, Functions and Responsibilities On a daily basis the Facilities Program Manager will be responsible for oversight of full food service program. This will include working closely with the food service vendor to align with daily menus, catering performance, participation and pro-forma alignment.

Facilities Program Manager will also be required to assist food service vendor with internal promotion to build expanded programs within the food service area. The Facilities Program Manager will also be in charge of the Onyx Transportation Program (TDM). The responsibilities will focus mainly on the current Onyx Shuttle program, gathering metrics and assessing program configuration, ensuring that the program matches need. The Facilities Program Manager will also be responsible for co-managing the TDM (Transit Demand Program) mandate by the City of SSF and Alexandria Real Estate (landlord) in meeting all TDM requirements per lease contract.The Facilities Program Manager will be responsible for oversight and management of the ongoing Vanpool program with our current vendor.

This will include usage metrics and program review to ensure accurate spend as well as provide subsidy recommendations to Facilities Management.The Facilities Program Manager will be responsible for oversight of general Site Services vendor management. This includes, but not limited to, Staples office supplies, First Choice and other minor vendors used by Facilities. Other Duties as assigned. Requirements Work Experience: Minimum of 5+ years’ related experienceVendor interaction/managementService contract knowledge Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh level of working knowledge of MS Office Suite.Education/Training: High School diploma required Other Requirements: Ability to work independentlyGood Communication SkillsAbility to work within a team to help meet goals and objectives.
