Job Summary:
Responsible for sorting and delivering all incoming mail as well as picking up, processing and preparing all outgoing mail. Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots mailroom equipment such as the postage meter and UPS computer and printer. Provides technical expertise and troubleshooting for on-site computer operations, AV equipment, phone systems; provides IT services such as back-up of tapes and delivery/set-up/maintenance of computer equipment. Maintains refueling, cleaning, storing and delivery of Fleet vehicles. Assists with janitorial and service vendor oversight, while supporting and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.. Prepares meeting rooms as needed to include IT equipment support and servicing. Will provide back-up coverage for reception and/or other Administrative Services functions within the facility.

Role Education and Experience Requirements:
· High school diploma or comparable, progressive experience or specialist training typically obtained through a technical or trade institute preferred, or equivalent on the job experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some jobs have physical requirements such as ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Support and maintain a safe and secure environment.
