May perform one or more of the following: Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.Performs maintenance repair duties on mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems and related equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses a variety of cases regarding cooling, power, and electric equipment issues.
Ensures the safety and reliability of equipment and systems.
All other duties as assigned.
In addition to the above duties, the Facilities Services Coordinator may perform the following: Provides an advanced level of technical support during the planning and installation of various hardware, including vendor coordination efforts.
Coordinates and oversees the activities of other technicians.
Provides technical expertise in support of problem resolution for power/back-up power systems.
Formal Electrical and HVAC training required.
Must have the abilitiy to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Five years experience in Data Centers or commercial mechanical electrical environment.
Knowledge of MicroSoft office products.
Fluent usage of a personal computer
