DESCRIPTION

General Description:
Initial product training completed with the skills to service multifunction networked and local systems.

Must pass with a score of 80% or higher.

Excellent customer and communication skill set.

Utilize information Technology skill set in order to communicate and interact with the Facility I.T. Department

Accountable for providing a full range of maintenance on devices; including technical diagnostics, network communication diagnostics, break/fix, assist in installation (set up, customer training)

Manage all aspects of customer requirements within assigned facility.

Excellent performance of administrative duties; meter collection, customer service orders, expense reports, service histories; inventory parts; requisition forms.

Responsible for assigned company assets (i.e. parts, tools, communication and computing devices)

Adhere to set facility procedures and processes.

Adhere to proper escalation procedures in order to resolve customer issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:
Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
A+ certification is a plus.
Previous technical experience preferred but not required.
Valid drivers license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
Proficiency using MS Office, e.g.,, Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
