Reports To: Director of Facility and Operations and Head GroundskeeperCompensation: $20,000/annual, 12-month appointmentDuties Include:Field/Turf Maintenance (30%) - Field Preparations (Soccer, Baseball, Softball), Clay and Natural Grass Maintenance and Repair, Mowing, Edging, and Trimming, Playing surface moisture control, Irrigation Management, Chemical and Fertilizer Application, Weed ManagementAthletic Equipment Operations (30%) - Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, distribution, and return of the equipment for select sports, Assist in the oversight of the laundering operations for all sports, Supervision of a student support staff of approximately eight individuals, and Maintenance of the Locker Rooms for assigned sports.Facility Maintenance (20%) - Coordination of the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance of the FGCU Tennis Complex, Oversee the facility usage, enforce facility policies, and coordinate events held at the FGCU Tennis Complex.Concessions Management (15%) - Supervise, coordinate, and manage the purchasing, inventory, and operations for the Outdoor Sports Complex Concessions.All Other Duties as Assigned (5%) - Any other duties will be assigned as needed.
