We are seeking a Facilities and Operations Tech II to join our operations support team. The position involves a broad range of mission critical responsibilities, including shipping and receiving; preventative maintenance and calibration of specialized equipment; support for animal husbandry tasks; and involvement in the control, safe handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Stock and pull items from material inventory locations
Support daily shipping and receiving tasks
Perform animal husbandry tasks
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting support for cold storage equipment and assorted laboratory equipment
Dispose of and monitor usage of hazardous materials
High school diploma/GED
1-3 years of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Some experience with Microsoft Office
