HS Diploma
Minimum 1 year experience working as a bookkeeper/clerk in fast-paced environment
Must Speak and Read Excellent English
Proven computer experience
Word, Excel, Publisher
Positive team oriented attitude and be willing to grow.

Job Description:
Bookkeeper/Clerk
Reliable, organized and detail oriented.
Work in a fast pace high pressure environment.
Professionally assist with all administrative duties as identified by Manager.
Ability to perform clerical duties
Data Entry
Computer Experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, X3 Sage and EPAC Maintenance Software
Issue, adjust and, maintain inventory
Create and Delegate Work Orders
Investigate and Follow up on Work Orders
Research and Order machine parts and equipment
Generate Purchase Orders
Provide Mechanics with parts and equipment
Tracking and report equipment information
Make Service Calls to Contractors
Assist in audits or special projects
Compare Vendor receipts to purchase order and receive product into inventory
Identify discrepancies and correct and communicate to the interested parties.
Communicate with all vendors and customers in professional helpful manner.
Communicate with other departments on regular basis in professional informative manner.

Billing/ Accounts Payable
Assist in the data entry of all vendor invoices
Process, scan and email all weekly invoices
Reconcile invoices
Update “monthly billings” each week
Update statistic spreadsheet weekly and notes

Assist where needed throughout location
All other duties as requested

Work Schedule - Mon - Wed - 7:00 am - 4:30pm - Thurs 7:00am- 3pm - Fri 7:00 - 1pm
