The Facility Maintenance Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining complete plant battery as well as plant assignment mobile equipment to ensure maximum uptime in a 7 x 24 hour annual plant operation.
Works in support of the plant operations and interfaces with plant and corporate engineering on equipment rebuilds, replacements and capital upgrades. Oversees Mechanical and I&E departments.
Direct reports include line supervisors, planners and dept. administration.
Oversees/maintains PC based maintenance software program to maintain and track critical spare parts and preventative maintenance programs. Oversees/scheduling and planning of plant turnaround/outages using MS projects to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.

Job Requirements:
BS Mechanical or Electrical engineering desired with ten (10) years minimum experience in a heavy chemical, hazardous waste or process plant environment. Minimum eight (8) years supervisory experience.
Will consider non-degreed candidates with apprenticeship training, journeyman’s license in millwright or electrical along with specialized training in instruments and PLC controls, course studies, strong computer skills and fifteen (15) plus years of demonstrated excellence in an equivalent position.
