QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED/RESPONSIBILITES:


High School graduate or equivalent



Three years related experience in volunteerism, social services, or an educational setting desired.



Demonstrated verbal and written skills.



Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all Prairie View community members



Support staff members in communicating with families



Organize and maintain a leading system for winter clothing



Arrange for or provide child care for various family and parent functions



Supervise students during the school day (recess/lunch) that may need a break from the classroom as directed by the Lead Team



Ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse groups of people and to coordinate individual volunteers to specific tasks, ability to develop and maintain accurate record keeping systems, and the ability to be flexible with program changes.
