Following is the job description for our open Planner positions.
We have an immediate opening for a planning and replenishment analyst,
salary is up to 75K.
This position is in our Women's/Big Girls Division.
Planning and Replenishment Analyst –
Apparel
3-5 years experience.
Salary:
Run and analyze weekly sales and inventory reports
Review actual sales to plan and re-forecast in-season sales and
inventory on a weekly basis
Support customer and department inventory management
Provide feedback and direction for day to day business operation based
on reports
Formulate business strategies using historical and current trend
analysis
Create program plans including forecast of weekly sales and receipts
Compile assortment analysis to determine contract order quantities by
style, color and size
Support business decision making via sales, inventory and financial
analysis
Identify sales and profit opportunities / liabilities and make
recommendations to department
Create product plan by item and product groups
Present designers with sales and trend analysis to assist in product
development
Interface with Production Department to track inventory status and order
fulfillment
Liaison between customer, and cross functions departments
Work closely with VP of division to support business development.
SKILLS:
Must have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task while
running multiple projects adhering to tight deadlines
Flexibility, comfortable adjusting to multiple projects and achieving
results, while shifting priorities as needed to meet business needs
Computer Skills: Advanced Excel (VBA a plus), Access
Experience with the following a plus: Retail Link, Illustrator
Strong Communication Skills: Customer Service relations
