Duties include but are not limited to:|
Reads, interprets and applies complex data and policies regarding tuition, fee assessment, resident tuition classification, and fee reassessment petitions.
Researches, and corresponds with other departments and students regarding student account information, and validity of fee assessment, making decisions concerning adjustments based upon established guidelines and referring accounts for update accordingly, providing excellent customer service in these transactions.
Maintains accurate files on all changes and decisions.
Processes administrative enrollment changes each term, maintains accurate tuition and fee charges, ensuring enrollment changes are updated correctly by recorders and student records staff.
Compiles and prepares documents , including notification to students, for residency appeals and fee petition appeals committee meetings.
Assists with fee waivers, residency issues and associated correspondence as needed.
Serves as a resource person for testing of the fee assessment module as needed.
Requires high and accurate data entry score.
Previous experience in an educational institution preferred.
Previous experience in an office environment required.
Ability to work M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm required.
