If so, we are looking for a Field & Channel Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team in our Foster City location.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, roll-out and track sales programs, promotions and strategies designed to drive higher revenues and margins through the sales channels including direct and resellers with all EFI product offerings.

Partner with the field sales organization to identify and engage channel distribution partners for all EFI products, drive cross sell opportunities where applicable.

Implement and manage effective sell-through programs by working closely with Sales Management team, focused on driving higher margins and revenues.

Convert strategy to tactical revenue, sales programs and activity to achieve increased pipeline and meet revenue goals for the assigned channels both direct and indirect.

Track all dealer sales representatives in assigned database from Outbound Marketing.

Oversee the roll-out of products and solutions to channel field sales organizations by focusing on delivering EFI solutions to the channel including direct and indirect in a way that will optimize product acceptance and increase EFI market share leading to new channel relationships.

Contribute to competitive analysis research and communication of competitive face-off strategies for the field sales organization.

Contribute to the development of a market-driven customer requirements process.

Communicate customer and field requirements in collaboration with Field Sales, Product Marketing, and EFI corporate teams.

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Demonstrate a proven ability to transfer knowledge of complex technologies to field sales organizations and a proven ability to provide sales teams with an understanding of the proper go-to-market strategies for the products and technologies

A clear understanding of the sales process. This includes direct and channel (wholesale)

Ability to develop relationships with all levels of sales management and field sales team (Direct and Indirect)

Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, product data and specifications, a multitude of relationships, and travel schedule

Experience in a channel marketing or strategic partner marketing role.
Experience working directly with sales leadership to develop and execute on strategy.
Strong knowledge of digital media industry – online publishing, online advertising, video technology, content distribution.

Ability to manage diverse partner relationships and expectations.

Ability to work with a large, diverse channel sales team.

Strong business, technical, and marketing fundamentals.

Strong marketing fundamentals including external product launch activities, online advertising, PR strategies, e-mail marketing, event management and demand generation.

Ability to indirectly manage resources towards marketing milestones and goals.

Demonstrated written communication skills - white papers, brochures, direct marketing.

Excellent verbal communication skills with experience presenting ideas to senior management and customers in intimate and large venues.

Strong analytic skills - ability to research an analyze market trends and synthesize results into actionable plans.

Competent in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
