We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate field application engineer with strong background in sensors, mobile device and windows software.
Provide pre – sales support working with sales team and customer engineering team
Provide post - sales customer technical support working with their engineering staff to resolve issues
Coordinate with engineering to define the front end and GUI product architecture and strategy
BSCS or BSEE or Other Related 4yr Technical Degree
Strong customer service skills. Experience with OEM Key Accounts highly desirable.
Software engineering experience developing windows driver and GUI
Knowledge of sensors and mobile phone system.
Outstanding analytical and organizational ability.
Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills.
Familiar with test equipment (i.e. oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer)
Some domestic and international travel required (30%)
