Job Description:
This position wil l manage assigned Field Development projects and provide supp ort to all Field Development Project Managers and In-Country Marketing Managers insuring that all Field Development support materials and programs are managed successfully through translation, compliance, legal, printing, inventory, and launch. The ideal candidate will posses good analytical, communication, and organization skills and will be proactive in learning about Arbonne and its culture and supporting the importing of that culture to all counties Arbonne enters. The Field Development Project Manager will be responsible for assigned projects and for assisting in developing all identified materials for launc h , working with both US and In-County Marketing Teams to deliver needed mate rials, programs, and incentives.

Primary Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
1. Plan and execute each assigned business development project(s) from conception to completion
2. Execute project-planning meetings working with external and internal clients. Internal departments include: marketing communications, events, design, web development, IT. Compliance, finance, purchasing and shipping to ensure projects are completed on time within budget objectives
3. Manage projects, maintains accurate and comprehensive budget records and has the ability to provide materials and process flow analysis
4. Take ownership of the assigned tool and training as it applies to print pieces and audio and video training.
5. Work with In-Country teams to assist in making sure the materials that are being prepared for each country are the most recent versions of work. ( international )
6. Work with In-Country Marketing Manager to provide most recent versions of requested Arbonne Marketing Materials for translation and in country review. Once all edits to collateral(s) have been made and received back, work with US MarComm, Legal, Compliance, Graphics and Marketing to set up project dates and delivery of print ready pieces to the In-Country Marketing Managers
7. Track all US revisions and have them noted as each print request comes in countries to ensure any changes that need to be made are completed
8. Coordinate hard date changes to collaterals based on US publication schedule so inventories can be reviewed
9. Coordinate any phase in changes so inventories can be reviewed
10. Track all project status and meet all production deadlines
11. Ensure compliance policies and procedures are maintained
12. Document all Communications via email and timeline formats
13. Share launch calendars with the Field Development Team and In-Country teams
14. Participate in requirements gathering and testing of www.arbonne.com website modifications related to Arbonne Office and Opportunity Management

Specifc Measures of Job Performance :
Ability to work on multiple projects and funciton as lead on assigned projects
Ability to conduct planning meetings, evaluate process and recommend problem solving solutions
Accuracy and timely reporting throughout the process of each project
Ability to get results and understands how to prioritize daily activities to meet critical timelines

Ability to complete execution of programs and projects
Meet all launch deadlines
Establishing communication with support teams and report back to Manager of Field Development on a weekly basis on all project statuses
Update SOP's work flow to ensure successful completion of all projects

Communications:

Weekly communication with U.S. based International team on upcoming lauches and needs for each country Weekly communicaiton with Manager of Field Development to review status of all pending projects and review upcoming projects and timelines Daily communication with all Field Development Project Managers to assist with making all projects (current & upcoming) meet deadlines and milestones

external
U.S. vendors Communicate with Arbonne Independent Consultants as needed or required for focus groups, Arbonne sponsored events, and trainings

Job Requirements:
Multi- level marketing/Direct Sales experience A MUST Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Marketing, Administrative, Events, Recognition experience within an MLM/Direct Sales environment Experience working with field/sales team within MLM/Direct Sales International Market development a plus Strong communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills. Detail orientation and time management skills Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing/shifting Creative and self-motivated; willing to take leadership role and strive for execellence
