Our Field Employee Relations Managers coordinate and facilitate HR initiatives and programs for our field organization, acting as a corporate liaison to support the Field HR Management staff and stores. The Field Employee Relations Manager acts as a resource to assist the Field HR staff in ensuring that employee related issues are addressed appropriately and is heavily involved in providing daily guidance regarding internal investigations. This individual also assists in the planning and development of HR policies/ procedures, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and business needs.

Job Requirements
Qualifications include 5-7 years Retail HR experience working effectively in a fast-paced, changing workplace executing multiple tasks with particular emphasis in all facets of employee relations. This manager must have strong employee relations and management skills as well as a general knowledge and understanding of employment laws. This role requires the ability to implement HR best practices and policies and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
