The role of the Field Engineer Intern is assist in evaluate, install, configure, test, and repair complex problems of user PC and peripherals.
Primary responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and repair of company PCs
Perform installation, configuration and upgrade tasks as directed
Assist in ensure that users are equipped with hardware and software that conform to the client’s requirements
Learn and assist as troubleshooter on PC and printer related problems and requests
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail
The desire to learn and work in a team environment
Desire to develop communication, organization, and customer relations skills
Good technical skills background
A positive attitude and a professional appearance
Required Experience
2 years of college level learning in a computer technology related field
