Cintas is currently looking for a Field Engineer. Responsibilities include providing long range capacity planning; overseeing new building construction, plant retrofits, and equipment replacement, reviewing equipment and building maintenance process; assisting plants with health, safety, environmental and wastewater compliance; preparing and reviewing capital expenditure requests; assisting with new branch construction or acquisition; conducting land searches for new plants and branches; identifying, prioritizing, and aligning group engineering projects with R&D goals and initiatives; aligning and prioritizing group engineering projects with the group VP; training facilities on maintenance and environmental issues and procedures; and assisting with hiring maintenance partners throughout the group.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or 10 years of technical project management experience required
Advanced knowledge of relevant computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project preferred
Prior experience working with AutoCAD preferred
Prior experience in building construction, site development, plant process lay-out, process optimization, capacity analysis, and equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning preferred
Ability to travel 50 to 85% within assigned regions required
