Major Job Elements
Ensure project activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule.
Provide technical support for construction, including participation in construction planning.
Support the project safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals through field observation and interface with construction crews.
Ensure assigned subcontractors activities are performed in accordance with the Purchase Order/ Contract.
Responsible for identification and communication of issues to the project manager that may impact cost, schedule, contract, or customer relationship.
Qualifications
BA or BS Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
Construction and utility experience are preferred.
Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera or related scheduling software. Skills testing may be required.
