What you'll be doing:|
Provide end user support for multiple clients in the field.
Maintain accurate and timely accounts for assigned clients.
Escalate issues as needed.
You Would Be Great For This Position If You Have:
1-2 years field engineer or network/systems engineer experience.
1-3 years desktop administration experience.
2-4 years helpdesk or remote telephone support.
1-3 years Desktop operating systems experience (80% Windows, 20% MAC OS X 10.4 and up)
1-2 years Windows server operating systems experience (Windows 2003 - 2008r2)
2-4 years Microsoft Office experience (2000-2010)
1-3 years basic networking and firewall experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Great attention to detail and a highly organized approach
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers.
The following Certifications are P referred, but not required:
A+ Certified Professional
Network+ Certified Professional
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator
Daily interaction with variety of clients. Must refer questions or concerns outside own knowledge area to other team members in order to achieve client satisfaction.
The majority of work will be performed at our various client locations.
