Job description:
To increase awareness and recognition in the market: communicate and effectively drive Interactive Intelligence’s strategies, messages, and products to all audiences: prospects, customers, partners, media and staff

Create the best value, integrated campaigns, programs and initiatives possible across the territory

To increase demand in the market: build and manage a new lead generation team (2 agents) for the French market

Support, guide and enable key VARs with their marketing plans and execution

Leverage HQ – based marketing functions, resources and programs in the most effective way to execute locally on the corporate marketing strategy.

Collaborate closely with the other Field Marketing Managers in the EMEA region and the local sales team.

Manage the Territory sub-budget with Head of EMEA Field Marketing and Finance department

Duties:
Create and implement Territory Marketing plans

Evaluate, plan and execute all marketing activity across the region that may include (as appropriate)

Shows, Exhibitions & Seminars

Public Relations programs (including the management of an external PR agency)

Integrated campaign and Social Media management

Advertising

Lead Generation:
Recruit, train and manage new team

Establish, monitor, and meet key lead generation goals in accordance with global demand generation program and Head of EMEA Field Marketing and EMEA Lead Team Manager

Drive lead generation effectiveness to fulfill performance metrics

Supervise the handling of all other Prospects and Information Requests

Drive VAR marketing enablement and MDF utilization

Create/update local language collateral

Collaborate with other Territory Managers in the planning of cross-regional events and campaigns

Other Required Skills:
Strong communication, leadership and management skills and experience

Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Minimum of 5 years post-graduate marketing related experience in the ICT sector in a similar role with hands on operational experience in a field marketing function and running a lead generation team.

Fluent in French and English, any other European language is a plus

Education : BA/BS or appropriate higher education equivalent (Formation supérieure de type école de commerce ou 3ème cycle en marketing communication)
