What you can look forward to accomplishing
•Promote relevant product sales across FRT, FMT, PT, FT, CCM & LPS to meet & exceed plan for Regenerative Medicine Index (RMI) through close communication with Field Sales Reps, Key Account Managers, Applications Specialists & Direct Customer visits.
•Participation at global Regenerative Medicine conferences as required.
•Continual Regenerative Medicine market observation and analysis regarding technology development and competition with provision of feedback to Regenerative Medicine Director and Tactical Marketing & Product Line Manager (TMPM).
•Work closely with R&D lead to learn intricacies of the products within applications to be able to answer most technical questions raised by Customers & Applications Specialists routinely using the product(s) for Regenerative Medicine applications.
•Develop user-friendly sales tools for positioning products in various Regenerative Medicine processes to enable providing Right Product/Right Application/Right Time.
•Work closely with the TMPM on New Product Development by gathering and reporting customer intelligence from the local market.
•Evaluate product line diversification into other market segments based on local needs.
•Provide ongoing Regenerative Medicine application & product positioning training to Sales & Applications Specialists as well as focused seminars where necessary.
•Inform North American & Global Marketing Budget for ads, brochures & other marketing docs.
Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company
•BA/BS degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Biological Sciences or Chemistry, Masters or MBA would be helpful.
•Previous sales or marketing experience (2-5 years preferably) with proven success.
•Excellent oral & written communication skills and the ability to function in a multi-tasking environment, with working knowledge of German beneficial.
•PC literacy in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook, SAP knowledge helpful.
•Ability to travel 40-50% of the time, as needed and potentially to Asia.
•Ambitious, self-starter with limited need of oversight to perform well and set direction.
•Have a sense of entrepreneurship for the product portfolio sales growth.
•Interest in the Regenerative Medicine application area, past hands-on experience or client interaction positive.
