Field Marketing Manager
-Manage national and locally relevant (consumer & customer) programming and partnerships within the Division, in order to achieve brand health and profit / value share growth targets.
-Rollup of Divisional programming, monthly recaps (Display/Promotional tracking), and analysis.
-Manage overall consumer activation/POS budgets within CRM planning tool and SAP in collaboration with the Regional Marketing and Finance Directors to provide a total Region funding and spend view.
-Lead POS requisition & distribution process (EPOS/Champion) on behalf of Division ensuring we are winning at retail.
-Provide State/Territory Managers with program elements/tools for local extensions for both on and off premise.
-Recommend/provide customization of activation materials where appropriate.
-Coordinate all brand sponsorship opportunities.
-Coordinate and present all marketing programs executed and planned during -Quarterly Business Reviews with distributors.
-Clear knowledge of state and county legal regulations.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related field required.
-Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing or Regional Marketing required.
-Alcohol beverage industry experience preferred.
-Strong influence, communication, presentation and organizational skills a must as well as experience with effective cross-functional teams.
-Must be proficient in MS Office and comfortable with web based systems.
-Up to 50% travel may be required.
