Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Our Regional office is located in San Ramon however this field position will cover the San Francisco, North and East Bay Area region.

The primary purpose of this role is to implement marketing strategies and tactics that are in alignment with company direction and local market needs. Specific areas of responsibility include agent marketing training, implementation of regional programs, local market promotions and events. The FMM will spend approximately 80% of their time in the field providing education on company technology and marketing assets and acting as a marketing liaison to office managers, marketing coordinators and sales associates. The FMM will build a strong communication system that consistently supports company strategic direction and effectively conveys to managers and agents the company’s benefits, tools and resources.

Responsibilities

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Our Regional office is located in San Ramon however this field position will cover will cover the San Francisco, North and East Bay Area region.

Basic Skills/Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of five years marketing experience
• Preferred: Five years of marketing experience with at least two years at a manager level. Experience in or knowledge of the Real Estate industry
• Project Management: Must have ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to constant changes and adhere to tight deadlines
• Leadership: Must have strong influencing skills to effectively work with company leadership and agents
• Technology and industry trends: Must have a strong understanding of technology and insight on the industry to provide direction for development of company strategies.
• Marketing skills: Must have solid marketing expertise to clearly identify sales growth opportunities
• Must have a strong presence and a high level of comfort in presenting in front of large audiences
• Must possess solid writing skills
• Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote
