Imperva, the global leader in Data Security, is looking for an energetic and driven Field Marketing Manager , to join the Marketing Team, located at our corporate HQ in Redwood Shores, CA. As the Field Marketing Manager , you will develop, manage and execute field marketing programs and campaigns to drive results against agreed metrics within your region (Western US). Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partners, you will develop Regional Marketing Plans that align with corporate strategy and support sales objectives. Some of the key objectives include developing and executing marketing activities to create awareness of Imperva solutions, educate partners, and drive sales leads against agreed metrics.
Marketing activities will include electronic mail campaigns, events/sponsorships, seminars, webinars, trade shows and more
Execute marketing activities from beginning to end including working with Sr. Manager of Field Marketing to identify, assess and prioritize events, engaging with vendors to manage event logistics, tracking event feedback and leads, and reconciling invoices and PO's
Manage regional marketing budget and track spend
Evaluate, measure and report on all marketing activity
Create, upload and maintain campaigns within Salesforce.com in order to support metrics for lead dashboards and quarterly business reports
The ideal candidate will have 5 + years marketing experience in a high technology environment
Bachelor's degree highly desired with focus in Marketing or Business
Proven track record in campaign creation and execution, event management, marketing programs and field marketing
Experience working with multiple territories, multiple priorities, and in a fast-paced environment with minimal local resources
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
Has an open, friendly, team-building style
Demonstrates resourcefulness in leveraging resources and managing by influence
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Salesforce.com experience required
Business travel is required for this position
