Job Objectives (Purpose of the Position):
Seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing Kaspersky’s go to market strategy in support of the Enterprise / SMB market segment.
The Field Marketing Manager is perceived as a business partner and consultant to Kaspersky’s marketing, product and sales organization. This individual will oversee and execute all aspects of multiple marketing strategies, programs, tactics, and will assume full accountability for budget development, development, management and program metrics.
Analyze market opportunities and business drivers to optimize marketing strategy and campaign execution.
Develop awareness and lead generation programs to include but not limited to online events, seminars, tradeshows, direct mail, email, etc.
Execute integrated marketing programs to drive sales leads against agreed metrics
Develop and roll out local regional marketing programs that are specific to the local market
Review all marketing communications to ensure marketing materials effectively deliver against campaign strategy
Plan, develop and execute programs through vendors (web seminars, media publishers, etc.). Provide execution support to industry events, exhibitions and seminars
Prepare marketing budget, spend and maximizing ROI at the regional level. Report KPIs and metrics executed programs against goals.
Manage marketing budget programs for specified solution areas.
Gather necessary market, segment, and competitive intelligence data for the region. Provide feedback to product marketing to assist in market strategy for product.
Essential Skills and Experience
Ideal candidate must have at least 5 or more years marketing experience or an MBA in related field
Strong ability to design and execute marketing strategies with a proven background in demand and lead generation to drive sales pipeline and revenue
Proven ability to make strategic and tactical decisions that directly affect own workgroup and indirectly affect the organization
Team player and can do attitude a must
Background in strategy, analysis and vertical marketing proven experience in vendor management with budget and other financial accountability
Ability to make strategic decisions with strong interpersonal skills, facilitation capabilities and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems effectively, results oriented, strong time management skills and ability to think strategically
Ability to drive organization to deliver in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
