The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving innovative, best practice demand generation and partner enablement programs in support of the regional sales teams. The role collaborates with Sales leaders to develop and execute regional events, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and localization of global campaigns to fill specific territory needs. This position is based in our Tampa, Florida office and reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
Develop and execute targeted regional marketing plans to bring together corporate programs and local regional opportunities utilizing targeted campaigns, field events, tradeshows, customer references, industry associations and telemarketing.
Pull together marketing materials required for customers meetings, webinars, white papers and major events.
Assist partners on joint events and coordinating leads with the channel team.
Assist corporate marketing teams in the design and delivery of national and local tradeshows and events.
Align campaigns with product marketing initiatives, external market trends, competitor moves, and field feedback to continually improve results
Build comprehensive customer up-sell and cross-sell strategy based on target account and product opportunity, and support with a marketing plan that demonstrates ROI and success
Drive quarterly “Campaign in a Box” structured programs for field sales and partners.
5-8 years relevant experience in Field Marketing for a B2B technology company, direct field experience preferred
BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent combination of experience
Tradeshow and event management experience.
Experience with hands Salesforce.com and Eloqua or Marketo
A proven track record of success in demand generation, devising and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and driving sales growth through qualified lead generation
Ability to travel as required, up to 25% of the time
Strong analytical skills and be metric driven with experience in developing marketing operations metrics and dashboards
Excellent written/oral communication skills, including copy writing, writing for email, editorial and proofreading abilities
Understands and has demonstrated applied knowledge of mobile and social media universe including Online Advertising, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wikis, blogs, etc
