Position Description

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. FMM’s act as liaisons between marketing and sales teams, making strong relationship and communications skills critical. The position reports to the head of marketing and will be located at the Qualtrics corporate office in Provo, Utah.
Position Requirements

Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.

Research, choose, design, and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, ensuring there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.

Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs and work with product marketing to develop tools, programs, training, and content.

Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on impact of all programs.

Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of all marketing activities.

Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling.

Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional, and local programs.

Success to be measured by pipeline acceleration impact (sales/prospect adoption, engagement, conversion, and velocity).

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, economics, math or other field that requires analytical, strategic, and process thinking skills.

MBA preferred.

8 or more years in B2B marketing.

4 or more years of field marketing leadership experience.

Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales.

Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.

Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget.

Excellent analytical and written communication skills, with ability to develop marketing content and reports that communicate program results.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify and prioritize opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured, and ambiguous environment.

Director, Demand Generation

Position Description

The Director, Demand Generation leads demand generation programs, delivering highly qualified leads to sales and measuring the impact of multi-channel demand generation efforts. The position interfaces extensively with teams in product marketing, field marketing, analyst relations, and field sales. Position Requirements
Program Planning

Partner with Product Marketing, Client Relations, Field Marketing, Sales/Team Leads, and other functional experts to develop annual campaigns to meet required lead generation and sales pipeline targets.

Establish funding requirements and secure budget in annual and quarterly planning process.

Help develop strategies and recommendations for media, content development, audience targeting, messaging, and site optimization strategies.

Program Management and Execution

Lead the team in flawlessly implementing digital demand & lead generation programs and campaigns, with particular emphasis on organic search.

Provide strategic leadership during the creative process and program implementation, to ensure that program implementation supports strategy.

Coordinate efforts of internal and agency teams in developing creative and customer communications.

Reporting and Analysis

Define success metrics and reporting requirements and deliver required reports and forecasts.

Analyze marketing program performance and use insights to drive improvements.

Manage detailed ROI metrics on key activities, benchmarking against other like-sized B2B software vendors.

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, economics, math or other field that requires analytical, strategic, and process thinking skills. MBA preferred. Strong intellectual aptitude and passion for excellence in academic performance as measured by GPA and scores on the ACT, SAT, and/or GMAT are essential.

5-10 years of experience within B2B demand generation in enterprise software or other high technology industry, including expertise in at least three of the following functions: email/database marketing, media (display, SEM, social) strategy and sourcing, content strategy and development, lead nurturing, and website optimization. Expertise in using SalesForce.com and Eloqua or Marketo required.

Excellent analytical and written communication skills, with ability to develop marketing content and reports that communicate program results.

Position Description

The Marketing/Business Analyst analyzes data from Qualtrics internal reporting system, CRM and marketing automation systems, and outside data sources to support sales and marketing decisions around planning, campaign strategy, performance reporting, sales strategy, budgeting, etc. Projects may include development and maintenance of target account listings, product and industry penetration analysis, pricing, client renewal programs, and development and production of recurring and ad hoc marketing reports.

The Marketing Analyst position reports to the head of Product Marketing and will offer the candidate a unique perspective into the operations and strategy supporting a high-growth software company. The position will be located at the Qualtrics corporate office in Provo, Utah.
Position Requirements

Become the expert within marketing regarding internal systems, data sources, data accuracy, and marketing reporting.

Identify key business metrics and develop standardized reports and processes to support sales and marketing decision-making.

Ability to identify issues and opportunities within trending reports, making clear recommendations to management.

Proactively work with senior executive and marketing management to understand and deliver analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decisions within sales and marketing.

Position Qualifications
