Responsible for collaborating on and development and execution of sales and marketing tools, programs and go to market strategies to drive revenue in all sales channels through field and customer facing activities.

  • Collaborates on development and deployment of Sales and Marketing strategies focused on the sales force as well as external customers. *
  • Collaborates on the go to market strategies with RAC Product Marketing and RUS Marketing Products and Solutions team on the entire portfolio of products and solutions to establish market positioning and create launch materials. *
  • Collaborates with services & equipment business teams to develop turnkey solution bundles & offerings - combining strategy development and related business case & launch plans to drive Market awareness, consideration and sales of services, solutions & equipment. *
  • Collaborates with Corporate Communications in the creation of sales collaterals, marketing support materials, press releases and other customer & field related communications with the goal of positioning RUS as a leader in the industry in all cases. *
  • Engages in activities that support on-going customer contact, customer councils and customer user groups as well as field focus groups for market research and RUS' voice of the field. *
  • Collaborates on building sales tools, developing incentive programs and participates in execution of field programs with the mid market, major, strategic and/or dealer channel marketing teams. *
  • Works cross-functionally with customer service, professional services, supply chain, field sales and sales operations to support business initiatives. *
  • Act as the "System User" of the lead and demand generation platforms and the District resource for training and campaign development *
  • Collaborates with District personnel to develop and deploy field relevant, value added product and solution marketing and support materials. *
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for District sales teams with regard to products, promotions, and HQ & Region related programs & activities *
  • Participate with the HQ marketing team in planning and implementation of product & services go-to-market activities *
  • Manage marketing programs including working with the Program team to develop/deploy direct mail/email/demand/lead generation campaigns and field facing collaterals and field incentives. *
  • Works with the operations team to support market positioning, field relevance and support launch activities to field sales. *
  • Collaborates on the crafting of product and solution workflow programs, sales tools, incentives and demand/lead generation specific to vertical markets in concert with the Vertical Strategy Deployment team. *
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) *
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience is required. *
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in a marketing or sales role is required. *
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in product and solution sales and/or support is required. *
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and solutions is required. *
  • Ability to utilize standard software applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. *
  • Must have a broad view of the vertical markets served by the company. *
