This position will enhance regional account relationships through fostering partnerships and supporting the T&T Specialists, so that we may effectively maintain and develop strategic business alliances and drive revenue through the proactive resolution and precision execution of account activities.
Achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction with assigned territories, sales reps, and clients. Reduce customer exceptions by providing comprehensive service research and resolution. Exercise the ability to communicate across all cross-functional areas, specifically sales, operations, and finance.
Increase revenue by maintaining relationships with assigned regional account managers (RAMs) and improving clients’ perceived success ratings through expedited response times to RAMs and to our clients.
The ability to analyze data for assigned territories, and identify sales/mix trends and provide recommendations based on geography and clients’ referral trends.
Serves as a primary outside sales contact and provides assistance in regional account activities that are directed by the following: (1) T&T Specialists (2) Director of Client Relations, and (3) Senior Vice President.
Participate in regular communication with the Regional Account Manager (RAM) regarding status on activities performed. Status will be inclusive of: successes, challenges that are encountered and general customer feedback. Regular communication may be required via email, a conference call or both.
Provide proactive customer communication, personal assurance, and timely feedback.
Collaborate with the Regional Account Managers and business units to ensure proper set-up and tracking of accounts and to drive revenue.
Create synergies between the MSC business units to enhance the client’s experience and present the ability to fulfill needs across the business units.
Document all sales support-related activities as directed in order to maintain the internal Optimal Care database (Dynamite) and ensure data integrity on regional accounts.
EDUCATION /WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: High School Diploma. College graduate preferred.
Inside sales, account management, customer service experience, or staffing coordinator required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks helpful.
