Customer relationship building with top tier customers; Create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships; build relationships with key decision makers; and provide quality customer service to clients. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to address customer requirements Provides effective communication with team members, management and sales consultants Implement sales and marketing strategies to support Ameritox goals Fully integrate the Ameritox value add service offering; develop and implement best practices in regards to customer service
Responsible for key account development and resolution of issues Proactively identify challenges or problems and provide solutions to ensure continued success with team Perform company business in by following company policies and procedures Participate in the development of strategies, tactics and messaging to grow the Customer Experience program Identifies trends and develops process improvements and system enhancements to improve department’s effectiveness Work with internal departments, i.e., Billing, Data Entry, Lab to resolve customer issues Adhere to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements (patient files, personal AND proprietary information) Performs other related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year colle ge or university; MBA preferred 5 years of full life cycle sales experience, previous medical sales experience preferred Experience in pain management field is a plus
