Performs intake and assessment duties, orients customers to service available and initiates referral to agencies based on needs of customers. Enroll customers into employment and training activities and other appropriate programs that include job placement, job training, and job development. Provides clerical support for the Program Coordinator.


Ability to empathize with customers families, knowledge of community re-sources, ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all levels of so-ciety, ability to type (preferably 55 wpm), take minutes and file, and computer proficiency required. Bilingual ability in Spanish/English required.


Ability to use personal computer. Ability to communicate. Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Office environment, business dress according to current policy.
