Calls taken by Agent are to close out the Security Advisor’s (SA) inbound call to record adjustments to inventory and to document payment(s) received from the customer. Provide support to SAs who need to communicate with customers regarding scheduled service calls. In addition, Agents assist in completing other assignments as requested.

Project a professional company image through phone interaction with Protect Your Home Customers, Security Advisors and Security Managers.

Answer calls promptly and Brand the Call. Plan for one call resolution.

Follow the recommended Service Representative scripts.

Reschedule appointments if needed.

Transfer calls to appropriate staff as necessary.

Recognize, document and alert the Manager of trends in calls.

Recommend process improvements.

Assist with on-the-job training for new employees as necessary.

Routinely check company email and respond when necessary

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to work Saturday
