Field Service Support Engineer
Do you have a passion for both food and computers? Schnuck Markets, Inc., a privately owned regional supermarket chain headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a new team player to join our ISG team as a full-time Field Service Support Engineer in the Rockford area.
The successful candidate will be responsible to repair, replace, install and upgrade the following systems as required: personal computers, POS, networking equipment, phone system, time management system and in-store communication devices, record all incidents and resolutions into ticketing/tracking system, troubleshoot all store related support systems, be able to use and execute network tools, perform service activities to maintain and provide support across the stores and support facilities.
They will also be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to problem solve, think things through and follow through on assignments, excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks as well as a fluctuating and heavy workload, excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, exhibit a commitment to customer focus and be fully engaged in providing their customers a spectacular experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with an Associates or Technical IT Trade School degree with A+ Certification including work experience as a field engineer in a retail environment .
