FIELD SERVICE TECH I ? BILINGUAL
Quality: This position includes activities and involvement in daily business, with a focus upon providing support to achieve Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement in Quality, Reliability, Maintainability, Durability, and Profitability of the Company.
Summary of Primary Responsibilities:
Installs, services and repairs company specific products on-site or in-house. Requires detailed instructions on all work. Requires extensive travel and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Overtime is likely.
Performs routine maintenance service and repair of company specific products with detailed instructions, which may be written or verbal
Provides instruction and technical support to customers on routine operational or maintenance aspects of applicable company specific products.
Performs installation of company specific products on-site or in-house with supervision, which may be remote.
Performs testing utilizing various tools and company approved test equipment, using company supplied documentation and specific training, to qualify performance of company specific products to published specifications.
Performs preventative maintenance outlined in company published documentation or following specific work instructions.
Reports customer use of third party maintenance.
Reports all Field Service work performed, in writing, using company established reports and forms.
Complies to all applicable procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Interfaces with customers and reports to the company, in a timely fashion, anything that may threaten the company?s healthy relationship with the customer.
Is able to travel extensively and at short notice, to perform Field Service duties. Maintains a valid Driving License and Passport to enable this.
Anticipated pay range ~$22 ? 25 per hour

Heavy Travel Including Mexico.
Associate degree in electronics or equivalent with a minimum of one (1) year field service (technical or repair involving travel) experience.
Heavy electrical (High Voltage), electronic, mechanical troubleshooting experience is a must.
Fluidics troubleshooting skills and knowledge of optics is desirable.
Additional requirements are a current history of credit worthiness, a valid driving license, and current evidence of a good driving record. The company reserves the right to require proof of the above at any time during the course of employment at Company.
