POS Break/Fix technician (DISPATCH)
Responsible for performing on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.
Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
Performs general maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.
MINIMUM Requirements: (Candidates missing any of these requirements will be automatically rejected.)
CompTia A+ Certified
Laptop/Desktop Break-Fix Experience
Printer Break-Fix Experience
Deskside Customer Service Support Experience
Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
The below listed additional skill sets are not required. However, I will consider them first above those that just meet the minimum requirements above. These nice-to-haves are listed in rank order, with #1 being the highest value to me and therefore the foremost consideration. The candidate does not need to have any or all the nice-to-haves as some may have different combinations than others.
