EPC, a premier IT equipment remarketer, has an opportunity at its Stafford, TX facility for a Field Service Technician to make scheduled pickups and deliveries using a 26' standard transmission box truck. The Field Service Technician will pack and wrap IT equipment on skids for transportation and deliver skids between customer locations and our facilities. This individual may frequently be required to work up to 14-hour days and travel overnight on out-of-town deliveries. Overnight travel includes premium pay and food/lodging expenses.

The Field Service Technician will also perform on-site technical work for clients and complete appropriate documentation. Training will be provided.

High school diploma or equivalent, valid Class C (Operator) driver's license and the ability to work in confined spaces and frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds is required. Must be able to operate moving equipment and be able to stand/walk/carry for long periods of time. Microsoft Office experience required.

One year of experience driving 26' (or larger) trucks required. Must have a clear driving history (no moving violations in the past 2 years).

Qualified candidates will have professional appearance and attention to detail. Must be able to speak clearly and interact with clients and fellow employees. Must be able to achieve goals in a limited amount of time.

Desired Characteristics:
Warehouse experience including the preparation and packing of equipment skids, experience filling out and maintaining Bills of Lading and Driver’s Log Books preferred. Experience with personal computer hardware and software and college degree preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
