Field support for multiple clients providing office equipment repair throughout the Twin Cities.
Proper documentation of all repairs and/or services provided.
- Mechanical Aptitude (this can be general in nature, but experience with taking things apart and putting them back together would be preferred)
- PC/Computer Skills - Must be able to navigate PC's without a problem and someone with some experience networking a computer/printer would be preferred.
- Customer Service experience
- Professional Demeanor
- Basic understanding of electronics/electricity
- 2 year degree and/or A+ Certification would be preferred
