Description:
Manage and supervise all aspects of construction and warranty procedures for assigned projects. Key job objective is exceptional job schedule performance, maintaining job budgets, customer satisfaction, and timely management warranty items. Timely completion of scheduled new home construction that meets all applicable codes, comply with plans, and company standards.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and a very good awareness of customer needs will actively seek to get insight into customer motivations; considers impact on customers when making decisions and will look for value -creating opportunities which address customer needs
Knowledge of the entire construction/building process and demonstrate sound judgment.
Must be able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
Regular meetings with homeowners, trade partners, municipal inspectors, architects, engineers.
Electronic approval of all homebuilding vendor and subcontractor invoices when 100% complete.
Perform new home orientations and warranty requests.
Order, releases, and verifies all material orders.
Insures that all construction and warranty projects are completed to WCI standards
Strictly maintain OSHA standards for all work areas.
Ability to effectively present information one-on-one with customers, trade base and other employees within the WCI organization. Demonstrates a “can do” attitude; make a positive contribution to the team; Recognizes the strengths others bring to a team; willing to help others accomplish their objectives
Emergency on call rotation.
Maintain and update computer based construction schedules.
Manage schedule meetings with customers through the entire building process.

Additional Requirements:
Minimum high school degree, 2 or 4 year degree preferred, or equivalent construction and warranty experience.
Extensive knowledge of regional construction practices.
Excellent internal / external customer and communication skills and must be proficient in current computer skill.
