Performs one or more of the following duties:
Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains various types of machinery/products/equipment, including communications devices or systems, alarms, and camera or automated ticketing systems, etc.
Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures.
Orders and replaces parts as needed.
Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
Instructs customers on the operation or proper use of equipment.
Operates in the field on-call or provides technical support to assigned customers.
Maintains work order documentation, technical schematics and diagrams
Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.
Works on customer site(s) in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
All other duties as assignedApplies acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
