To accurately and timely sort, file, retrieve, and deliver medical records.
Respond to telephone requests and to assist patients and customers.
Must always be courteous, friendly, and helpful to patients and customers.
To ensure timely filing of transcribed reports.
Additionally, to perform all other assignments as requested.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must possess excellent alphanumeric filing skills, ability to file and retrieve records and reports in the file area on a continuous basis.
Excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills are required.
Ability to use computer for various departmental applications.
Previous office experience desirable.
