Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient and accessible filing system. File correspondence, documents, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used. Locate and remove material from file when requested. May be required to do basic office duties including faxing, photocopying and filing.
Sorts and files documents.
Investigates information in files to resolve routine problems.
Provides photocopying assistance.
May organize and sort mail.
Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
At least one year related experience is required
