We are currently looking for a File Integrity Monitoring Sr. Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas.
Job Responsibilities:
The File Integrity Monitoring Sr. Advisor is a member of the Endpoint Security Team who proactively manages endpoint security on behalf of customers to reduce the impact of security incidents and system compromises. The successful candidate will be an experienced endpoint security specialist that possesses experience with antivirus (AV) and host intrusion prevention systems (HIPS) technologies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all of Dell Service customers.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that Dell Services and the Information Security Operations Center are able to meet its’ customers expectations and deliver quality services within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
- Support the goals and objectives set forth by Sr. Manager of the Information Security Operation Center.
- Assign responsibilities to each member of the team and hold them accountable.
- Ensure that all Service Management processes are followed and all incident and requests are addressed within the required time to adhere to published SLAs.
- Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure;
- Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues;
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met;
- Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation;
- Provide resolution plans for device issues;
- Propose process and technical improvements to management.

- Required Skills:
Must have experience providing continuous support and expertise of the following:
- Minimum of seven to ten years of experience managing Tripwire
- Working knowledge of Tripwire administration and configuration
- Understanding of configuration management best practices
- A minimum of five years of experience securing Windows and Unix workstations
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux file systems
- Working knowledge of PCI/SOX/other compliance standards as they pertain to file integrity monitoring
- Internet connectivity and protocols (TCP/IP)
- Enterprise Security Information Management systems
- Networking knowledge and experience
- Investigative and analytical problem solving skills
- Efficient communications skills (listening, written, verbal)
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Passion for the job and desire to learn
- Virus Submission and remediation experience
- Desired Experience:
Ideally you will have experience providing continuous support and expertise of the following:
- Tripwire Enterprise Operator and Tripwire Enterprise Professional certifications preferred
- BS in Computer Information Systems desirable
- Certifications in CISSP, CCSP/CCNP, & CEH are also desirable.
