As a member of the Imlay City leadership team, the Finance Director will lead the optimization analysis to ensure integration of the produce and production plans, coordinating Manufacturing and Brand activities. Provide Finance leadership for Manufacturing and Engineering teams to drive the productivity agenda for CI and Capex projects. Lead financial forecasting process.

  • Lead bill of materials analysis for new products and existing products
  • Participates on productivity teams that contribute to cost saving objectives
  • Leads analysis and communication of risks and opportunities driven by changes to the production or produce schedule
  • Leads finance staff of 4, including Controller, Cost Analyst and Payroll and Purchasing

  • Ability to analyze and model complex relationships and interactions
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • 5-10 years of Consumer Products production experience
  • BOM management experience a must
  • Experience with Agriculture Management
  • Must be technically proficient
  • A Bachelor's degree in with emphasis on Finance or Accounting
  • Agriculture management preferred
