Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Director of Finance will play a significant role within the Finance Department. This dynamic role is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing integration of contemplated merger and acquisitions, SOX implementation as well as managing the Tax area. In addition this individual will be tasked to support with other strategic initiatives for our growing operations
Key will be this professional’s ability to effectively build collaborative relationships within the Finance department as well as with the company’s senior management team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading process improvement and will have successfully served in a company within a services business model with revenues that exceed $100 million.
Essential Job Functions include:
Mergers and Acquisitions
•Act as finance project lead for M&A due diligence and/or integration
•Perform analysis and identify key relevant insights to management as part of M&A
•Contribute to development and execution of integration plans
•Implement, manage and comply with internal control requirements. Pursue and implement best practices for planning, executing, reporting, and analyzing business performance as it relates to Sarbanes-Oxley.
•Develop best practice processes to constantly improve effectiveness and efficiency of controls.
Primary or Key Interface
•Act as the primary interface with external company hired to assist with company’s SOX implementation as well as outside Tax consultants.
•Insure compliance of all company financial policies and procedures.
•Evaluate and recommend financial information systems.
•Drive analytics to identify efficiency opportunities, mitigate potential risks or issues, monitor service delivery activity
•Makes recommendations and decisions in the best interest of the company.

Education and Experience:
•BA/BS in finance, business or a related field is required
•MS in business related field, MBA, or CPA a plus
•Has thorough and deep understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley, GAAP and accounting control
•8+ years senior finance experience in companies with revenue in excess of $100m, or as division controller in large corporation.
•Demonstrated success implementing financial compliance programs and controls.
