Tetra Tech EMC is currently recruiting a Finance Manager
to serve on the on the US Department of State/INL
international Criminal Justice Program Support (CJPS)
mission. Program countries include but are not limited
to Afghanistan, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia,
Mexico (and other Central American countries) Sudan, and
the West Bank. Missions may be short or long-term in
duration and may require rapid mobilization. Positions
are contingent on task order award. All long-term
positions are subject to a firm, one-year commitment.
Responsible for finance operations, including local cash
management for local purchase and local payroll.
Maintain local finance standard operating procedures in
accordance with Home Office procedures.
Provide management oversight for task order finance
Supervise task order finance staff.
Provide training support oversight to task order
