Position: Finance Project Manager
San Carlos, CA-based diagnostics firm Natera is now building its
in-house insurance reimbursement division. We are looking for top
talent to execute daily tasks and effectively communicate priority
actions to our growing team. This candidate will become the
“super-user” of our billing software portal and will be responsible
for reporting key analysis and reimbursement metrics to senior
management. This candidate should have 1-2 years experience as a
Business Analyst, Project Manager or Administrator.
Desired Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience performing
Project Management functions such as generating queries in SQL,
managing scope & project resources, and most importantly have
excellent communication & documentation skills. Ability to analyze
large quantities of data and proficiency in excel are required.
Previous experience working in an insurance reimbursement environment
is a major plus, but not required. A four year degree is a requirement.
