We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Finance Service Delivery Senior Manager position that will be based in our iSynergy (Enterprise Resource Planning) department. This position is based in office in Winter Park, FL.

This position has the opportunity to lead in the design, build, implementation, training, evaluation, testing and maintenance of the assigned software and has an extensive background in the entire Finance process with a focus in shared services processes.

Specific job duties include:
Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.

Documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives, and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Manages team members assigned to the software team.

Ensures the integrity, security, effectiveness and efficiency of the software.

Responsible for managing one or many projects or initiatives, depending on scope and complexity, to deliver the agreed project outcomes and objectives within the agreed scope, quality, effort, resources, risks, timeframe, contractual framework and customer satisfaction.

Studies existing systems and associated budget processes for overall effectiveness and develops new processes to improve productivity, quality, and maximize the value of the software.

Demonstrates knowledge of accounting principles and has a strong understanding of business processes including applications, technology and business process in order to anticipate, assess and define potential needs.

Demonstrates high level conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to foster a culture of learning by exploring creative solutions.

Expert user of ERP software related to accounting processes and completes internal and external documentation for all phases of software development life cycle.


8-10 years of experience in related field.

Experience writing Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and job descriptions for a shared services environment is required.

Finance System implementation experience and Finance Shared Services Start-up experience preferred.

Knowledge of Shared Services “tiered” approach required.

Authoring and negotiating Service Level Agreements required.

Knowledge of Finance Shared Service Media options preferred.

Multi-media call center experience required.

Ability to collect, collate, and analyze multiple types of data and draw conclusions from the analysis.

Knowledge of AHS’s information environment, system architecture, organization and culture preferred.

Facilitation experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree.

Master’s degree preferred.
