Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible to supervise the cash applications and invoicing group, oversee the day to day operations of the Treasury function, assist in executing strategic projects in the department and drive process efficiencies in other cash related departments. This role will supervise a team of 5 employees in Cash receipts, Invoicing and Treasury. There will be frequent and regular interactions with cross functional departments, banking contacts and Sr. Management throughout the company. The key responsibilities will be related to Treasury and Debt compliance, driving process efficiencies in the areas of cash receipts and invoicing and performing other strategic projects within the department. This role is expected to manage other Corporate Cash functions in the long run.

This position will be based out of Kronos’ Chelmsford office and will report to the Director of Treasury and Cash Operations.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Supervise Global Cash Receipts and Invoicing Team:
Maximize efficiencies within the Cash Receipts and Invoicing functions including introducing new processes and technologies to streamline daily operations
Collaborate with internal customers to provide necessary reporting
Maintain proper internal controls relating to cash receipts and invoicing
Oversee month end and quarter end operations
Ensure optimum utilization of resources by correctly aligning the team’sresponsibilities with existing skill sets

Treasury and Debt Compliance:
Manage US banking relationships – including, escalation point for banking issues, fee analysis and exploring new opportunities to enhance cash management
Partner with internal customers who require banking services (Payroll, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Accounting)
International banking administration for ~15 banking relationships worldwide
Daily monitoring of worldwide cash balances and transactions
Manage and create short and long term domestic and international cash forecasts
Create, analyze and maintain monthly and quarterly board reporting schedules.
Oversee segregation of duties, approval authorities and controls throughout the domestic and international cash related groups
Assist in the compliance and reporting related to our Credit Agreement

Assist on Department Initiatives:
Provide support as needed to other functions within the department including T&E, AP, P-cardAP, P-card and Payroll
Assist in monthly and quarterly accounting / reporting processes
Prepare and analyze group metrics
Support implementation of new applications and processes within the corporate cash department
Ability to travel 2 to 3 weeks a year

Qualifications:
5-7 years of relevant experience (Treasury, AR, Accounting or other Cash related operations)
B.A. in Accounting or Finance
Prior experience in managing a team and working with a global team
Experience and competence in using integrated ERP software, particularly Oracle
Prior understanding of Accounts Receivable processes
Ability to embrace technology and change
A business driver and creative/strategic thinker with strong analytical, financial and system skills
Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
Well-organized, extreme attention to detail and a self-directed individual
